The Click-PLM Privacy Policy sets out how we receive, collect and use information on our web apps and other related products we provide, (“Services”).

Since we believe in transparency of our practices, please take a look and give some time to go over our Privacy Policy. This way you can see what information we collect and how we use it.

Email Account Information

We collect minimum information required to access and use our applications such as User email address. We will ask you to login each time to access any of our applications and our system will automatically register your login time and details and time.

To make our services available we will use your Email Address to

  1. register you with access to our hosted environment
  2. verify that you are the holder of the email account that you have registered with
  3. record user activity within each of our applications
  4. allow user to subscribe for various automated email notifications and reports distribution

Activity Information

All our hosted applications run on a secure and encrypted environment. It is our sole responsibility as Services Provider to configure, maintain and administer our servers that host various data processing functions.

Every Service application maintains a record of individual user login details with latest date and time stamp. Each service application contains detailed record of email communication distributed to application users as well as related business contacts outside of the Client organization.

We do not obtain any additional information from third party companies and we process client data based on the requirements and functionality specified in Contract terms.

Data Retention and Disposal:

Data is available for Client to download at any time and application can be disposed at any time by Client written request. Copy of application stored on Clients media, connection to database is de provisioned, related automated tasks disabled and removed.
